The impact you’ll make
As a Recruitment Associate, you’ll ensure recruiting initiatives are on point while having the chance to grow your career, hone your craft and gain meaningful ownership in PipeDreams.
Responsibilities
● Assist with recruiting needs at a shop level by creating job requisitions with HM's, posting to job boards, and sourcing passive candidates in a difficult industry and market
● Scheduling interviews, monitoring and growing a diverse candidate pipeline, acquiring adequate and meaningful feedback from HM's, and ensuring a top-notch candidate experience
● Cultivate a diverse candidate population using various methods including job boards, trade associations, nonprofit organizations, workforce development/military partners and personal networking
● Maintain the candidate database and handle any relevant paperwork
Qualifications
● 1 to 2 years of experience as a recruitment associate or related role in HVAC and/or plumbing fields.
● Familiarity with standard hiring practices, such as scheduling interviews, screening and onboarding processes
● Solid computer and software skills, ADP a bonus
● Outstanding verbal and written communication
● Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment
● Attention to detail without losing sight of the big picture
● Work independently, challenging the status quo and taking intelligent risks.
● A knack for proactive, clear, and effective communication.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
