Job Type: Part-Time Opportunity (24 hours per week)
Starting Salary Range: $17.63 - $23.05 per hour

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

The essential functions include:

  • Perform tasks related to Patients' Rights such as release of information, with maintaining lobbies at clinics for certifications, and other patients' rights duties as assigned.
  • Conduct and support chart reviews as assigned
  • Perform timely filing and scanning as assigned
  • Report compliance issues to QA Director and QA Chief Compliance Officer
  • Assist QA Director, QA Clinical Managers, QA Administrative Manager, and QA Specialists with special projects or assignments as needed
  • Assist QA Department in maintaining compliance with regulations regarding the governing bodies of Community Care Licensing (Title 22), Counsel on Accreditation (COA), Medi-Cal Certification, Licensure, Accreditations, and contract compliance
  • Provide program support as needed
  • Assist with contract compliance corrective action plans
  • Participate in audit preparation
  • Attend meetings as assigned
  • Assist in Welligent Activities
  • Provide on going communication to staff regarding documentation
  • Track quality control requirements in appropriate computer database(s)
  • Attend staff quality assurance meetings
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports as needed
  • Prepare for staff meetings and record meeting minutes as needed
  • Copy documents as needed
  • Relieve front desk receptionist as needed
  • Other duties as required

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATES

  • High school diploma
  • Minimum 2 years to 4 years office/secretarial experience
  • Experience with DMH & Medi-Cal Documentation preferred
  • Valid California drivers license and personal vehicle insurance acceptable to Hillsides' insurance carrier
