Moncure, NC

The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full life cycle recruiting process across a region of our North America manufacturing plants focusing on hourly recruiting. The ideal candidate will provide best in class candidate experience while highlighting ARAUCO’s culture and mission as a leader within our industry. This is an on-site position located in Moncure, NC and requires travel to Bennettsville, SC and Biscoe, NC.

Responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with Hiring Managers, Plant Managers HR, and Talent Acquisition, the Recruiter will ensure open positions are filled in a timely and cost-effective basis.
  • Adhere to staffing plans and strategies that ensure diversity, high quality, organizational and cultural fit throughout the recruiting process.
  • Meet with HRBP and Hiring Managers for assigned positions—gather details, ask questions, get a full scope of what type of candidate is needed for the position.
  • Add and manage the requisitions in SuccessFactors and post online.
  • Develop searches that utilize search logic to source for candidates on job boards and social media and systems of use.
  • Conduct local community outreach efforts to promote ARAUCO employment brand and build a talent pipeline for all three facilities
  • Screen qualified candidates using Indeed, LinkedIn, and SuccessFactors applications and present a summary to the HRBP and Hiring Manager.
  • Manage candidate assessments and participate in Interview process.
  • Organize positions and candidates in SuccessFactors and track metrics.
  • Attend college or military career fairs to obtain qualified candidates for open roles.

Requirements include:

  • Recruiting or HR experience including managing requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers; prior experience recruiting hourly roles in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in a relatable field is preferred but not required; prior experience will be considered in lieu of degree
  • Experience within technical recruiting (professional, manufacturing, IT, etc.), utilizing job boards and social media
  • Experience building solid relationships with candidates, Hiring Managers, and other key partners while establishing a credible reputation within company
  • Experience utilizing recruiting tools, e.g. Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Experience developing and/or enhancing corporate brand in an effort to maintain and grow relationships.
  • Computer literacy and Microsoft Office competency
  • Professional integrity and confidentiality
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and capabilities within recruiting is highly desired
  • Continuous improvement to always find ways to be more efficient and create more output.
