We are seeking Remote Solar Sales Representative & trainees to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business using our proven system, which helps in identifing new sales opportunities and services to potential customers. For those without experience, we have an earn while you learn trainee program where you are able to earn great commissions either part time or full time. For those experienced solar advisors, we will teach you our proven system for unlimited leads and you will earn some of the highest commissions known in the industry and in sales management one can also earn overrides & bonuses.
We take an educational approach to help educate our clients and determine if solar makes sense for them where they benefit the most in tremendous savings over time. We also are very selective and only seek candidates who are very honest, ambitious, coachable, and have good people skills.
Your primary objective will be to exceed sales targets by building strong relationships with customers and delivering exceptional customer service.
We are hiring English and Spanish-speaking solar advisors as well as any other language you are fluent in.
