Appointment Coordinator [United States]


 

Our Audi Norwell dealership is looking for a high energy Appointment Coordinator to join our Service team. Previous automotive experience is NOT required. If you have experience in customer service, telemarketing, hospitality or sales then we encourage you to apply!

As the Appointment Coordinator, you will be trained to answer client's questions via inbound calls to convert inquiries into Service department sales opportunities by scheduling appointments to visit our dealership. Additionally, you will be responsible for outbound follow up calls, and emails, but NO COLD CALLING or car sales. Applicants need to have strong interpersonal skills and written skills as well as social media expertise with the ability to learn new software quickly. This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage several tasks at the same time. One year of previous Business Development experience or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

    Greeting and Assisting Customers
  • Scheduling customer service appointments
  • Follow up calls with service customers
  • Answering inbound calls and directing outbound calls to various departments
  • Cashiering service and sales customers at time of vehicle pick up
  • Data Entry
  • Filing
  • Various duties assigned by Office or Service Managers
