Job Summary
The General Office Clerk reports to the assigned supervisor and may perform basic office tasks which may include: data entry, filing, scanning documents, word processing, mail sorting, customer service, answering phones and other tasks as needed.
Pay Range
Minimum $18.25 Midpoint $24.17 Maximum $30.11
Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.
Experience
- Required: Minimum six (6) months of general office experience.
Education
- Required: High School Diploma/ GED or equivalent.
Specialized Skills
- Required: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. General computer knowledge. Strong attention to detail, vigilance, poise, and composure in stressful situations. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal relationship and collaboration skills. Excellent analytical and organization skills; excellent critical thinking, judgment, and problem-solving skills.

Work Environments - Functional Demand:
