We're looking for an entrepreneurial legal professional who has a great grasp of the M&A process and is energized by the opportunity to earn competitive bonuses at the time of closing for each business we acquire.
Responsibilities:
- Discuss the structure of our acquisitions from a legal perspective
- Review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts
- Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
- Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may affect clients
Skills:
- Strong litigation skills with experience in representing clients in court
- Proficient in legal research using tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
